Christy's Casa has Gold Standard Certification and was built in 2015. The Ground Level Suite is beach front property includes beach palapa and four beach chairs for your pleasure. The ocean is very shallow for approximately 200 yards and is ideal for small children to play in. The suite includes: 2 bedrooms with 1queen/1 queen bunk bed and air conditioning, kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom with walk in shower. The house is located 2 1/2 miles South of Hopkins and 1/4 of a mile from the Marina. Phase 1 of Sittee Point is 1 mile North which has several restaurants, if you want more of a culture experience you will have to go into Hopkins.
